Jan 9, 2009 - You've got to love the hypocrisy!!!Congress sits in judgment of these companies, be it Auto indurty officials, or Wall Street Execs from AIG, and complain that these companies are poorly run, and that they need oversight.Yet, the Treasury Department has no mechanism in place to track how institutions are using $150 billion in taxpayer money that the government injected into the banking system.Maybe we should fix our government before we fix private corporations. What do you think?

Jan 9, 2009 - how about credit to buy the car?the makers are not the only ones hurting here.the makers have been riding the gravy train so long that they got greedy,they pushed their own employees out of jobs. And how much pay cut is the employees willing to give up to keep bread on their table? I feel bad but we all are suffering here. I'm not making what those guys were ,have you ever heard the saying "save for a rainy day"? This country is not the big dogs any more,your electors lost it for us!
